telos.haus

telos.haus is a warehouse in east williamsburg where communities and creatives gather for art, music, and design. we offer curated programming, coworking memberships, and private rentals of our space.
our name combines the ancient Greek concept of telos, meaning 'end' or 'goal,' with Bauhaus, a German art school recognized for its attention to craft. We believe that by unifying how we do things with why we do them, we can create the relationships, community, and world we most want to see.
coworking memberships

our coworking program offers a comfortable workspace ideal for independent professionals seeking community and productivity. our space features large monitors, private desks, shared work tables, a full kitchen, a 2000 square foot roof, and a phone booth for calls.
coworking hours are monday through Friday, 9am to 6pm, with trusted members enjoying flexible access on evenings and weekends (subject to event scheduling).
we currently have two membership tiers:
dedicated desk members get their own space to set up as they like. a monitor, standing desk, and office chair are provided. desks are $500/mo.
Casual members get first-come, first-serve access to our large work tables. they are priced at a suggested $225/mo, with flexibility to adjust your monthly rate between $150-$300 based on your financial situation, how frequently you use the space, and what feels right to you.
all members also enjoy 50% off our curated programming, complimentary day passes, access to our quarterly town hall, priority use of the space for events, and many more perks!

space

telos.haus is located in East Williamsburg, just minutes from Grand Street station. our 4000 square foot floorplan comprises an indoor coworking and lounge area and a 2000 square foot terrace.
before being converted into the communal gathering space it is today, our warehouse was occupied by Alexander Heinrici, trusted screenprinter to Andy Warhol. Continuing this artistic legacy, we offer shared workspace for artists, technologists, and creatives. In the evening and on weekends, our space transforms into a multipurpose event venue.
We are lucky to share the neighborhood with many friends, such as Amant, Hex House, and member-favorite lunch spot A-Pou's Taste. Here is a map view of some of our favorite places around.
telos.haus is located up one flight of stairs and is not ADA-accessible.
